  Great location, beautiful balcony, comfortable bed, but apartment could benefit from small updates

  Liked: The balcony is amazing. The sleeping room is very cozy with the carpet and a very comfortable bed, which is not always the case in holiday apartments. The location is also great, a 5 minute walk to the nicest beaches of Bol, and 100m walk to an endless dirt road that was perfect for walking our dog. For these reasons we stayed in this apartment a second time after 3 years.

  Disliked: Some basic facilities were not up to date and could have been checked and fixed, or were missing in general. For instance, the light bulb for the outside light is missing, and in the evening it's a bit dark to walk down the stairs. In the bedroom there is only 1 reading lamp on 1 side of the bed. The lamp in the living room was also broken, and the living room could in general have benefited from an extra cozy lamp (the lamp at the entrance and kitchen is very bright and not cozy). There was only 1 lounge chair on the balcony that was in a very bad state, and the wooden terrace on the balcony is also not in the best state and could be fixed. Additionally, the kitchen could be a little bit better equipped (e.g., a wooden spoon for stirring, a few more cups, etc.). Last thing, while the floor inside the apartment was very clean, the balcony wasn't washed and was quite dirty. Also, some kitchen equipment was a bit greasy so we had to wash everything before we could use it. In general we like the apartment a lot but these all seem like easy fixes to just make everything a bit nicer and deserve those 10 stars!

  It was very relaxing

  Liked: Honestly, I liked everything. The host was very attentive, the cleaning ladys were very polite and helpful, I really felt like I was taking care of.

  Liked: Even though Bol has a busier, more lively side, this place was super quiet, and the view was just amazing. The beach was only about a 5-minute walk, and the little shop maybe 8 minutes. The place had everything we needed – we didn’t miss a thing – and the host was really nice and flexible. We’re definitely planning to come back!

  Liked: The property had a nice outdoor area and air conditioning worked well. Daniel who manages the property was very attentive. The little local cove beach is really lovely.

  Disliked: There were lots of little things that needed work or fixing which let the experience down. A number of apartments all overlooked each other which meant not as much privacy as we would have liked. This apartment would be better for 4 people as a bit small for any more.
