Exceptional
Had a great stray and highly recommend
Boutique hotel right on the edge of the old city, close to the bay
Liked: Loved this boutique hotel-right on the bay, with lovely views from our patio. The room was large, and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Close to many activities and the staff were helpful.
Very enjoyable experience
Liked: The front desk staff was EXCEPTIONAL, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely accommodating especially as we had to change our transportation plans due to weather conditions.
Disliked: The property is rated 4 stars; however, the property needs a refresh. Rooms are tired, and features are not 4-star level.
Property manager was fantastic and very friendly. Made our stay much more enjoyable!
Liked: Beautiful views and central to port and downtown areas. Before property and very relaxing.
Charming hotel with great staff and convenient location
Liked: Great friendly staff, very nice breakfast buffet and eggs menu
Disliked: Mentioning there was also a buffet for breakfast
Very nice hotel. Great staff that were very helpful and attentive. Good location and nice beach access just steps away
Liked: Nice room. Steps from a nice beach. Very attentive and helpful staff
Disliked: Hotel layout wasn’t ideal as far as the room configuration in relation to the restaurant
