Liked: The apartment is modern and spacious. Also quiet. Nik was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a warm welcome and even helped with the luggage. The view of Korcula (town) from the balcony is spectacular. You never tire of it. And Korcula was an easy walk so it was quick to access restaurants and markets. We stayed four nights and would have liked to stay longer.

  Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location close to Old Town and wonderful ocean view. Great property manager nearby. He met us upon arrival and carried our luggage upstairs for us and took them back down when we departed. We had a parking spot just for our unit.

Disliked: We were hoping to have sun on our terrace but in October it was always in shade. In summertime the shade may be welcomed!
