Liked: Modern and well equipped. Spacious as it has a separate bedroom and living room area. Location was just off the outside street road of the old town, so not alot of stairs to climb to get to the apartment entrance. Very quiet location, extra towels and blankets if needed in room.

Disliked: Air conditioner/heater in bedroom was loud so we couldn't. The one in the living room was a bit better but are both getting old. No espresso pods originally provided at check in with the coffee maker but the owner found some and brought them by right away. Couch in living room is quite hard and bed is very bouncy, so you feel every turn of your partner.
