Liked: Great, convenient location. Accessibility to all amenities. Flowing drinks and food.
Disliked: The first room we were allocated to as there was a musky smell. We were apologised to and given a different room. Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable and relaxing.
Disliked: I could not move the beds to the wall because it would be more secure for my little boy

Liked: We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Neptun! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. Here is what made our stay so special: Location: The views are breathtaking, and the position of the hotel is absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. Service & Staff: The team is exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive. They truly made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. Rooms: Exceptionally clean, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Waking up to the sea view was a daily highlight. Everything was seamless, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We give it a well-deserved 10/10 and will definitely be coming back!
WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE AND WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!! Stay away from spending your money at this h
Liked: Nothing its unfortunate that buildings are so far away from the main dining room and facilities…. No elevators in building and someone with difficulties walking should not be coming to this hotel… very expensive for what you got
