  after fixing the heating system, second night felt much better. first night we wore extra clothing

  Liked: staff were willing to wait for beyond late check-in time as we encounter road delays. we continued to communicate with the front desk on our delayed arrival schedule. we arrived around 10:30 pm and late check-in time is 1000 pm. due to our late check-in and we tried to set the heating setting on our own using the remote control as it was around 11 pm. we were thinking it would heat up later but the system did seem to respond to the setting. luckily we have fleece jacket. Staff was able to look after most of the heating system issues in a reasonable time frame when we brought up the issues around 9 am in the next the morning. mattress are comfortable.

  Disliked: In spite of the correction of most of the heating issues. the bathroom temp. remain 19 C - 21 C. kind of cool for us. when the evening temp went down to low teens and to single digit. The water temp. is not as warm as we expected,, just lukewarm. could have a more useful towel racks rather than 2 suctioned hooks on the wall for hand towels and bath towels

  Fabulous!

  Liked: This B&B is a gem. Rooms were super comfortable and warm. Mae and her team take care of you like family. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic! Highly recommend! Mae also gives you great directions on how to see the park!
