  Liked: We had a lovely stay here. The location was very convenient, with multiple signs along the way to guide guests to the property, making it easy to find without getting lost. It is also within a 15-minute drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park Entrance 1 and its parking area, which is a big plus for anyone planning to visit the park. The homemade breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked, and a wonderful way to start the day. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the entire place was very clean and well maintained.

  Disliked: A few small suggestions for improvement: - Shower drainage: The shower drain could be improved, as the bathroom floor gets flooded quite easily during showers. - House slippers: It would be great if slippers could be provided, especially since the room has tiled flooring, which can feel quite cold during late October. - Power sockets: Having an electrical socket near the bed would be much more convenient for charging phones and other devices.

  All good.. can be noisy

  Liked: Quaint guesthouse a bit off the beaten track. Sat nav will bring you there.. just keep believing. Very clean, nice and warm, comfy beds and great shower. Great price inc bf.

  Disliked: Host - very nice and accommodating. Soundproofing is poor and you will be at the mercy of noise from adjoining rooms.

  Liked: Nice quiet inn with outstanding breakfast spread. Close to the park, great to relax after.hiking.

  Nice staff, pretty rooms and bathroom, mediocre amenities and several maintenance issues

  Liked: Easy parking, room is huge and modern looking, light switch by the bed, many pillows, perfect water pressure in the shower, friendly and welcoming staff.

  Disliked: - No shampoo stand by the shower. - Mattress is too soft. - Neither net nor shutters on the bedroom window (although there's a net on the shower window). - There was some white lint on the bed's fabric frame. - I found some ants in the room. - Shower head was leaking. - No barrier between shower and toilet; it's hard to avoid spraying the toilet while taking a shower. - Bad wifi in my room. Speed was close to zero at the bed, and up to 11/7 with high latency close to the door. When I asked the owner she said it's because they're doing some work outside due to the weather. But that would definitely not affect the signal differently in different spots in the house! - I didn't like the fact that the microwave is accessible only by the owner. It wasn't convenient to ask her every time to heat my coffee or cereal and tell her exactly how much time I'd like to heat it, which is a hit or miss.
