  Very cozy apartment, great view

  Liked: Looked even better than in the pictures. The apartment was quite spacious, clean and very well equipped. View from the balcony was stunning. The host was very nice and helpful. The parking they arranged was closer and cheaper than other options in town.

  Disliked: Noting relevant but some sort of cover/umbrella in the balcony would have been nice so it can be enjoyed when it rains as well.

  A great stay in the heart of old Rovinj

  Liked: Excellent location and stunning view of the bay and St. Euphemia church. Charming old building in a neighborhood with great atmosphere. Really enjoyed our stay, 5 minutes to cliff beach for morning swim, and we saw dolphins from the balcony.

  Disliked: A bit loud between floors.

  A beautiful apartment - difficult host

  Liked: A beautiful modern apartment that had everything we needed. The location was perfect with walking distance to everything. We loved staying there.

  Disliked: The host seems to be a very anxious person and communication was not pleasant. We were rebuked for not confirming our arrival time 30 min before. She also turned up 10 min before 10am and attempted to walk in the door. We told her she couldn't come in and that we would be ready at 10am, and after looking around she reluctantly went back outside. The pillows were very hard and although my husband was able to use it, I had to borrow one from another property. This experience dampened what would have been a wonderful stay.

  Extremely disappointing experience – overpriced, misleading description, inconvenient parking, and an unfriendly host. I

  Liked: The bathroom was decent and equipped with a washing machine. The apartment had air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine.

  Disliked: This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences we have had. The apartment does not look like the photos and is much smaller than expected. The rooms are cramped, and both the apartment and the bedding had a stale smell. The parking situation is extremely inconvenient. The listing states that parking is a 7-minute walk away, but it actually took us around 20 minutes to reach the apartment, including walking uphill with luggage. On top of that, parking costs an additional €15. Check-in was until 10:00 PM. Due to severe weather on the way, we arrived at 10:20 PM and informed the host in advance. Although she waited for us, she complained about the delay. The check-out experience was even worse. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and at 9:55 AM the host entered the apartment and told us to leave. We asked for 10 more minutes to finish packing. She then went out onto the small terrace but remained inside the property until I asked her to leave and allow us some privacy. She complained again before finally leaving. When we checked out, I asked her to show us the way to the parking area. She responded rudely, saying that we could find it ourselves. Only after I insisted did she agree to come with us. The host repeatedly told us, “This is not a hotel,” which felt unprofessional and unfriendly. The apartment is also not located in the city center as advertised. We arrived at the parking area at approximately 10:20 PM and left around 10:30 AM, meaning the car had been there for only about 12 hours. We asked whether we could leave it for two additional hours and pay extra, but the request was refused. Overall, the apartment is significantly overpriced and absolutely not worth €315 for one night for three people.

  Peace and quiet in Rovinj old town

  Liked: Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a very quiet location. Very close to supermarkets, caffe bars and restaurants. A short walk uphill to the church. Having a balcony in the middle of the old town was a big plus, great for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of wardrobe space. A great shower and plenty of towels. Handy to have a washing machine. Online check in for the apartment was easy to do. I arranged a transfer from Pula airport to the apartment and return through the apartment owner and both transfers were excellent, thanks to Dragan. Sheets were changed halfway through my stay and more towels provided, thanks to Dragan's wife, whose name I can't remember, Ana? Goran answered all my questions before arrival and during my stay very quickly. Thanks for all your help. All in all it was a great stay. Pizza restaurant nearby is worth a visit although in May it closed quite early some days. Lots of other good restaurants in Rovinj which are worth visiting.

  Disliked: Nothing.... everything was great.
