  Asking for extra money

  Liked: Centric location, close to old city centre and restaurants/cafes.

  Disliked: We traveled by car and apartment description mentioned there is a free parking close by. However, parking was far away and we could not reach the car easily. Property owner arranged a transport to and from accommodation with a golf cart which it was understood to be covered due to the parking location being further than mentioned. He asked extra money for that at the end of the trip which ruined the stay.

  Liked: The room is big clean have kitchen and a terrace

  Disliked: I stay at the 1st floor I can got any noise from the second floor maybe because of the ceiling not being high and not thick and the door next floor or next room is close to the room that I stay when they lock or unlock the key I thought someone was trying to unlock my door room and you have to be careful when you go downstairs the stairs are steep

  Liked: I really appreciated that the host was flexible with the timing. Even though the official check-in was quite late at 5 PM, they kindly let me into the apartment a few hours earlier, and I was also allowed to stay until 12 PM on my last day.

  Disliked: Communication was a major issue, as the host completely ignored my messages at first. It was only after I got Booking.com support involved that they finally started responding. I also had to specifically ask for basic information like Wi-Fi and parking, and noticed that my documents were never collected for the official tourist registration. Regarding cleanliness, the situation with the bed linen was very unpleasant; it clearly hadn't been changed, which made me wonder how many guests had slept in it before me. While the towels smelled fresh, they still had visible stains. Lastly, please be very careful with the water, as it can get boiling hot and you could easily get burned.

  Liked: Cute apartment in a beautiful town. Easy to walk or grab a bus elsewhere. Very clean with a good kitchen set up. Easy check-in, once you've located the apartment.
