  Liked: Elida was a super nice host! The apartment is very nice, well equipped and clean and the views are amazing to the sea. The location is fantastic, less than 5 minutes walk to an incredible park and beach. Very quiet for a deep sleep. We loved it a lot and strongly recommend it!

  Very good

  Liked: Well equipped kitchen, view from balcony, proximity of the beach and coastline, free parking in front of the house, a pleasant walking distance to the downtown of Rovinj, very clean areas, comfortable bed, nice welcome local drink in a bottle from the host.

  Disliked: There was a very bad and strong smell (drain smell?) coming from the bathroom for that we did not find the source. Since there wasn't any window in the bathroom, we could not let the fresh air in. We opened the door to let the air in from the common areas but it was so strong what was coming out that we rather closed the bathroom door to keep the smell inside. Consequently we did not want to spend much time in the bathroom and tried to come out, close the door as soon as possible, as it was stinky and very humid. When we mentioned it to the host the lady told us that it was a consequence of the rainy weather that we did not really understand, and there was rain only on the last day of our stay, while we felt the odor each day since the beginning of our arrival. Maybe there were rains earlier, too, still it would be nice to manage this - if it is possible with the system of the building - especially if the host is aware of the problem.

  Liked: The apartment is only a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 20-minute one to the town. It was clean and cozy with a fully equipped kitchen and a sea view from the terrace. The host was super friendly.
