  Liked: Good location. Great family that runs it and very clean. Parking spot was perfect. Only 10 minute walk to the old town, and a little less if you ant to swim in the Adriatic!

  Disliked: Bed was a little soft, but so what? It was a great little apartment!

  Lovely

  Liked: Lovely host, super friendly and very hospitable. Found many refreshments at free of charge which was a nice touch. Kitchen was fully equipped and had everything you would ever need, paper towel also. Several towels also provided enabling us to use some at the beach as well as for showering. About a 5-10min walk to closest supermarket or 3km to big lidl or Kaufland. Car parking also directly out the front of house making it a short walk up a small amount of stairs to bring luggage in. Also has a washing machine provided which was convenient.

  Disliked: Wished the aircon was situated in the actual bedroom as was in the kitchen and took awhile for bedroom to cool down

  Liked: Fantastic apartment,pictures doesnt show how nice it is. Very clean and spacious, comfortable bed, excellent equipped kitchen and bathroom, very good location close to the beach and old town, owners super friendly,we travelled with a dog,near nice park,very close to the beach for dogs. I cant find even one thing I didnt like. I recomnend this place 100%!

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — there is a possibility to park the car directly at the property, while at the same time it is only a short walk to both the city center and the beach. The owner is a very kind, helpful, and friendly woman who made us feel truly welcome. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed, and even more than expected. We would gladly return again in the future. Highly recommended — 10/10!

  Home away from home

  Liked: The apartment was spacious, clean, inviting, quiet and had everything you need for a longer stay. The unit also had a washing machine which we used. It is located in a convenient location with on-site parking and an easy walk to the beach or the old town. There are peddle bikes that can be used for free if you want to explore further. The host is lovely, helpful and had pre stocked the apartment with, bottled water, milk, beer, cookies, coffee (ground and instant), and welcoming chocolates. The bed was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this accommodation. Next time we will stay longer than a couple of nights.

  Closest to old town with free private parking

  Liked: We stayed in Rovinj for two nights with my girlfriend, and we had a great experience! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, located about a 10–15 minute walk from the old town. We had our own private parking space, which was very convenient. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming when they let us in. We really appreciated that two bicycles (with locks) were available for guests, we didn’t use them this time, but it’s definitely a great option to have. One big plus for us was that we could bring our medium-sized dog for only €5 per night. That’s very fair, and we’re grateful that the place is pet-friendly. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, there was plenty of hot water, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and everything was tidy and well maintained. The apartment is on the first floor, so you do need to go up a few stairs, just good to know. There are also a couple of cats around the yard, so dog owners should keep that in mind. The location is excellent, close to a small grocery store and restaurants. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would happily return in the future!
