  The property was listed with parking, but it does not actually have a dedicated parking space

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and incredibly comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was fully stocked with all the amenities we could possibly need, making our stay seamless and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and cozy home away from home!

  Disliked: We were highly disappointed with the parking situation. The property was listed with parking, but it does not actually have a dedicated parking space. Instead, we had to use street parking costing upwards of €3/hour, or park half a kilometer away to find cheaper rates in a public lot. This practice of hosts listing 'parking' when they only mean public street parking seems to be happening more and more on Booking.com. It is incredibly misleading, and I wish hosts would stop doing it. If you are driving here, be prepared for this extra cost and hassle.

  We had a lovely stay in a clean, well-equipped apartment with a great location and a very kind host

  Liked: The accommodation had absolutely everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable, just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and only a couple of minutes from the nearest supermarket. The host was a lovely and friendly woman to communicate with, and on the day of our departure, she kindly allowed us to stay a little longer. We really appreciated her hospitality and had a very pleasant stay.

  Disliked: The only minor downside was that the roller blind on the roof window couldn’t be fully closed, so a little light came in during the morning. Also, as someone who gets cold easily, I found the room a little chilly, but that’s understandable in October. Thankfully, we were able to warm it up using the air conditioning.

  Liked: Great location, plenty of wardrobe/storage space, comfortable bed and well equipped. It was very clean and host very helpful.

  Perfect in lovely Rovinj!

  Liked: Great spot! Loved the little studio, and outside seating/garden. Well equipped & thoughtful touches - including complimentary alcohol sample! Good location to bus, beach, centre. Supermarkets 5 mins walk.
