  Great place for rovinj

Liked: Location was very good. It’s also close to car roads - making it a shorter walk from car to the place. It’s on ground floor so no stairs to get in. Albeit it’s by the walking street it is very quiet at night. Inside: spacious and well designed and functional living areas; sufficient lighting. kitchenette works well too. Bathroom is also spacious, hot water system and laundry functions well. The whole place is clean and just as the pictures shown.

Liked the place, only small details can be improved

Liked: On the first floor- is comfortable. In a good calm, not noisy place. Has washing machine, which we needed. Very close 3 min to city center and 5-7 min to Beluota beach, 20 min walk to Mulini beach.

Disliked: Cold floor. Need new and more bedsheets.

Liked: Very good location, very clean and spacious

Disliked: The bed is not super comfortable and the walls are quite thin. We heard a lot of noise from above (loud footsteps) when trying to fall asleep.
