  Perfect!

  Liked: A squeaky clean and cute room in a very good central location. Very friendly host. Excellent breakfast was available from 7 at Caffe Cinema (sea front) just 50 meters away.

  Good bedroom in Rovinj

  Liked: The location is perfect - it's within a 5min walk from the bus station, and another 5+min to the old town. Also, it's located in a very small alley, so it's very quiet. The room is fairly small, perfect for 1, tight for 2. Good bed. Small bathroom but functional, with several amenities provided (shampoo, soap...) Electric kettle with cups and coffee/tea provided. Small fridge. All super clean. TV on the wall, but I did not use it. And Margita, the owner, is a gem, full of life, energy, happiness - she communicated very effectively with me prior and during my stay, and she offered to keep my luggage on the last day as my bus was not until 4:30pm.

  Disliked: I was a bit surprised that the room is at street level; in the end, as the alley was very small and quiet, I was never disturbed by any noise.
