  Very good for a short stay when you don’t need a reception

  Liked: They allowed early check in. I had an overnight bus which reached Rovinj around 6:30 AM in the morning. They also allowed me to check out 1 hour late. The room is of good size and the property looks new. The location was also good, though 300 meters from the main sea side road.

  Disliked: There was no concept of room service. They did not clean the room or changed the towels even for a once during my stay of 3 nights. I found a spider in the room. They did not even acknowledge it over wapp. There is no provision to keep the luggage after you check out. There is no reception in the property.

  Overall if we did return to Rovinj, we would seek out alternative accommodation

  Liked: The location was good. It was clean with good amenities. The information we received was accurate.

  Disliked: It wasn’t a problem for us but there are a lot of stairs with no lift. The bed was comfortable but the bed linen was inappropriate. It was two single duvet covers for a double bed instead of a sheet and the pillows were poor.

  Liked: Location is very close to the sea, even if a little walk away from the old town.

  Disliked: We have reserved two single bed, but got a double in a quite small room. No parking at the location.

  Liked: Location was excellent. Very quite neighbourhood yet very close to the center. Also a really nice touch with the terrace that overlooks the city. Really friendly staff as well.

  Disliked: The shower was messy because there was no curtain and so the water was going everywhere.

  This is a great place to stay and conveniently located near all the shops

  Liked: The bathroom was room and the floors were heated. There was lots of storage space with the cabinets. Good air conditioning and convenient walking distance to the main strip of shops and sights.

  Disliked: The office is off site. So if you didn’t arrange a set check in time, you have to call them to come meet you to check you in. The bathroom glass shower wall was too short in length so water splashes everywhere. The bathroom also lets in a lot of morning light so it may wake you in the bedroom even if you used the blackout curtains in the bedroom. You must shut the bathroom door to keep the light out. You’ll also get a workout hiking up the hill with your luggage to their location (especially on a warm or hot day).
