Exceptional
Liked: The room, the efficiency of the staff, the view partly
Disliked: There was a smell on the floor close to my door. Couldn't identify it. The location was great but the terrace was impossible to use, although it was located at the first floor, mainly because of strong winds. The staff from the reception did not give me the Wi-Fi password and was almost working hard to get rid of me at check in. The price is roo high for last week of October. The sea view is actually the construction/industrial site of the port.

good value for money
Liked: Better than many outdated five-star chain hotels. The staff is very friendly and customer-focused. The breakfast offers a good variety and is quite decent for a 4-star hotel. An excellent, honest establishment; we stayed for two days, but it would easily be suitable for a longer stay if needed.
Disliked: The jacuzzi in the wellness area wasn't working and the pool wasn't heated:( The miss bartender automatically added a 15% tip when I ordered whiskey at the bar, leaving me no choice; I don’t mind tipping, but it feels a bit unfair for someone else to make that decision for the customer.
Very overpriced hotel, like most things in Split
Liked: High floor rooms, good cleaning service.
Disliked: High price parking, very average breakfasts, nothing around the hotel, unavailable rooftop
Very clean brand new hotel
Liked: The room was incredible it was well laid out and had a spectacular view. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, great free toiletries and the shower was perfect. Hotel very clean overall and staff incredibly friendly. Great bar area and facilities
Disliked: The doors to the bedrooms were very heavy and you needed to pull and then push them to get in. On one occasion I had to go back down to reception to ask about this as we simply couldn’t get into the room. Air con wasn’t the best in the rooms, didn’t feel like much coming out. Mirror in room had a black type film over it and was no good for getting ready. No idea what was going on with the elevators but they were a constant nightmare and took a long time overall. One occasion we were in the lift for quite some time, as it favoured floors others had pressed after we had got in. They took a while to come. I knew the hotel wasn’t in the city centre but chose to book it anyway and that was my choice and it was worth it. Be aware it’s over a mile walk to the old town and you will probably need to get Ubers
