Fabulous
Liked: Breakfast was excellent and rooms are spacious and clean.
Disliked: It feels a bit tired for the premium prices it charges. App doesn't always work - I wanted to order a minibar option and it didn't work.
Fantastic hotel, great rooms, spa and pool area. Excellent dining
Liked: Fantastic rooms although the see through wall into the shower area is a bit disconcerting if you are not sharing with a partner. The pool and spa are fantastic. Great dining options with the buffet in the evening especially good. Fantastic breakfast included.
Disliked: There is a lot of construction between the hotel and the beach, some rooms are so close to construction cranes that you can almost reach out & touch it. It is quite noisy too so its actually better pay for a cheaper city view.
Good hotel with excellent facilities
Liked: Great facility the public and bedroom were great
Disliked: I sent laundry and 2 days later it was still not cleaned despite the reception promising an immediate response and when the clothes were returned at check out they didn’t apologise
Liked: Fabulous hotel. Room upgrade was very impressive - very clean and very friendly and good staff
Liked: We liked the mimosa bar at breakfast.
Disliked: We paid extra for an ocean view room, and there was a construction site directly outside of our Window. We also heard the construction during the daytime. Hotel staff didn’t inform us of this.
Liked: The view is great!
