Exceptional
You can’t go wrong with this place
Liked: Parking on-site, washing machine, good air con was the biggest points for me. Large smart TV’s. Apartment is good for long stays and is modern. Not far from the old town (10 euro uber ride), which I suggest doing since parking can be difficult and is quite expensive. There’s a restaurant in close proximity to the apartment (wasn’t bad). Beaches are nearby, but I’d get there early to get a parking spot or you can walk, but if you have limitations walking, drive. The apartment sits on a steep hill. Quiet neighborhood. Nice views facing west (good sunsets) and especially if you like watching airplanes as the approach path into Split is overhead, but you don’t really hear them and it’s not all day long. Arrival to the apartment was pretty straight forward and easy. Would stay again.
Disliked: Lack of responsiveness with the staff on a request I had, but that’s it.
Great place for summer holidays
Liked: Specious, clean and modern apartment with a great sea view. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay starting from kitchen utensils, appliances, coffee machines, beach towels, bathrobes, laundry detergent etc
Disliked: We really liked the property but it is located up the hill that could be challenging during hot summer months
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and despite a few issues, we enjoyed our time here
Liked: The apartment was clean, modern, and well maintained. It was very well equipped with a kettle, toaster, and everything else we needed in the kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. The balcony was a lovely place to relax in the evenings, even though the view was partly limited. The bedroom was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains kept the room completely dark at night, and having a lock on the bedroom door was a nice extra touch. Overall, the apartment felt comfortable and well equipped for our stay.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was much slower than advertised and often struggled with streaming movies, Instagram, and live broadcasts. The view was partly blocked by a large construction site and an unfinished concrete building. The large rainfall shower head was not installed properly and sprayed water onto the ceiling instead of downwards. Several lights, especially in the bedroom, flickered during our stay. The walk up to the property is very steep, which may be challenging for some guests. There was also a constant high-pitched noise in the bedroom that became quite irritating over time. The washing machine leaked water across the floor the first time we used it, although the owner responded quickly and sent someone to fix it. The TV in the living room did not work and could not be turned on, while the bedroom TV worked fine. The biggest issue, however, was the large number of ants throughout the apartment. We even woke up to find ants had gotten into our bags in the living room, and there were constantly ants crawling across the floor. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from the owner when we reported this issue.
Liked: We travel quite a lot and we found this apartment one of the best yet. Very friendly host, apartment had everything we needed. The view from the balcony in breathtaking.
Disliked: Overwhelming amount of cats, which come inside your apartments. Other guests feed them just on the entrance to the building. Its frustraiting if you have got allergy and everywhere is fur of cats.
Super nice flat with great sea view
Liked: Super nice and clean flat (we were on the third floor), modern and all necessary things are available. Location is a bit up the hill with a great view over the sea and beautiful sun sets.
