Disliked: The lack of lift, as our room was on the top floor. Should be more visible when booking that there is no lift so people with mobility issues can book different hotel.
Liked: Staff support was outstanding They came to the taxi and assisted us with our luggage both arriving and departing

Liked: Location was fabulous. Staff very nice. Fantastic breakfast!
Disliked: Carpeting VERY stained in my room. Mattress not comfortable and the two twins were coming apart causing a big gap.

Disliked: DREADFUL SERVICE - It was impossible to sleep in the room, as there was a heating conduct running through it - I complained whilst there and by email (as instructed by the receptionist and the ‘hotel rules’) but despite sending 6 emails so far I have had NOT had any response - terrible. I have told the hotel that I want a refund for the room but they have not responded to date!
Liked: Room was great but the climb up the stairs was hard for us. The staff transported one of us and our luggage to the bus station for our departure which was so very much appreciated.
