Ok. Poor communication from host
Liked: Very clean. Comfortable bed
Disliked: No communication with host as said could accommodate parking but when tried to message or call asking where to park no answer. Location slightly in the middle of no where. Front door lock was very stiff. Was not clear to go to top floor for apartment. Cleaning staff tried to enter before check out time.
Nice place - if you have a car
Liked: Very nice and clean apartment, very comfortable beds, modern and well equipped kitchen.
Disliked: Location kind of far from center, without a car it's hard to reach shops or restaurants.

Liked: Lovely and clean apartment, great facilities. Friendly and helpful host. Nice and quiet neighbourhood
Disliked: It was a bit far away from the beach and the old town, but great solution; I was able to rent a bicycle from the host! Only downside was that it did not have any lights so I had to be home before dark
Liked: Clean and spacious.
Disliked: Very far from everywhere. Walking is impossible and first bus station to the city center requires 30 min walk. Also it was almost impossible to get a taxi to that location.
Liked: The apartment was clean and, apart from the noisy neighbor, quiet. A balcony that's not too exposed so you can have a drink outside pretty much any time of the day. There was a washing machine, in case you need one.
Disliked: The toilet in the top floor did smell a bit after the whole day of sun blasting the house. But that's a problem with many houses in Zadar, not something unique to this one.
