Brand new flat in Zadar with private car parking and swimming pool
Liked: Pros: - it is a brand-new flat, located ad about km 2 from Zadar's old town; - among others, the flat has got a private car parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge, two LED TVs, two AC devices, two double beds; - owner's kindness and problem solving attitude when requested about wifi and air dryer. - secure area to walk anytime. - in case of having elextric cars, there is a fast charger at about meters 400. - Nice swimming pool to sunbathe. - Available gym.
Disliked: Cons: -price is excellent for a family of 3 or 4 people, it could be expensive for a couple only.
Liked: Spacious and clean apartment. Nice to have access to the swimming pool and outside balcony/veranda gives good views over the islands. Host met us as planned and was very helpful. Close to the bus station. Close to shops.
Disliked: Bit of a walk into town or the beach. Price on the higher side for the location.
It was perfect for our stay. We highly recommend it

Lovely apartment very happy to stay here
Liked: Lovely apartment, all finished to a very high standard, great bathroom and shower, lovely pool. Well equipped kitchen and really appreciated the bits and pieces the owner Denis left for us in fridge and in cupboards. Our flight home got changed to the evening and he very kindly let us stay till 6pm as nobody else coming into flat till next day. Really appreciated this. Thanks Denis 😊
Disliked: Not something we didn’t like but just to note it is probably a 25 mins walk to centre. Suited us and Ubers were cheap but something to bear in mind
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and we especially loved the pool and peaceful surroundings. It made our holiday very relaxing and enjoyable. The host was kind— very responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful.
