Exceptional
Great place and beautiful. Kids loved it
Liked: Near everything within a walk. The host was more than perfect.
Disliked: Mosquitos but not exactly a problem of the property. Would have it anywhere

Liked: Location was really convenient for our needs, history of the building, garden, amazing open space and rustical furniture, excellent air conditioning, small gestures like mosquito repellents, coffee capsules... we really enjoyed it
Disliked: I would not say I do not like as this would be hard word and this is not the case but bathroom area is not the biggest and feels a little "unfinished" - For example - it would be awsome to have in the shower small shelf where to put shower gel and to perhaps improve a little light strength / location
Spacious, comfortable, and good location
Liked: Good location. Convenient included parking. Nice little garden. Quite quick to get to the old town but make sure you find the old row ferry to row you across to it. Well equipped. Comfortable sofa.
Disliked: The bedroom was close to the road so there was a little bit of noise at night.
Liked: Very well appointed apartment which was brilliantly located, especially if you are planning boat tours as it is right next to the pick up points. Great little supermarket and fish market just a couple of hundred metres round the corner. Kitchen is well kitted out meaning you can comfortably cook and dine in the beautifully maintained gardens. This was our favourite apartment in zadar, we did 3 different ones over 7 nights. Ana, was a brilliant communicator and gave handy locals tips, she also allowed us to drop bags off earlier than the official check in allowing to go on a boat tour. Also, a great shower and very useful washing machine to rinse clothes/towels daily after many sea dips. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again when revisiting.
