Liked: The location is excellent, very close to Zadar’s main attractions and everything in the city centre. We would also especially like to praise the team managing the apartment. They handled our complaint quickly, professionally and with understanding. They agreed to terminate our reservation and approved the refund without making an already stressful situation more difficult. Their response was absolutely fair, helpful and genuinely appreciated.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet basic hygiene and comfort standards. The towels were dirty, stained and had an unpleasant smell, while the bed linen did not feel fresh or properly clean. The bathroom sink drained extremely slowly — even after simply washing our hands or face, it took around 10 minutes for the water to drain. The boiler was also leaking, with a pot and glasses already placed around the area to collect the dripping water. The room is on the ground floor directly next to a pedestrian passage, so there is very little privacy. The only way to prevent people outside from seeing into the room is to completely lower the electric shutters, but this leaves the room in complete darkness. The windows also could not be opened for proper ventilation. Unfortunately, due to the hygiene and technical issues, we did not feel comfortable continuing our stay.

Liked: Clean,cosy and convenient.
Disliked: No iron or bed sheets for sofa bed. My stay was so short this wasn’t something I addressed with host. Overall this did not affect our stay.
Perfect location, easy to check in and check out, good interior design
Liked: The location is perfect. The interior design is great.
Disliked: There was dust on the floor. Since it is a t base level, we had to close the curtains and the room was constantly dark. However, the interior lighting is good.
Perfect studio, clean, easy access, free parking and just the best short walk away from the old town!
Liked: It is just perfect especially for couples! We were with our two small kids (1 and 7 years old) and it worked just as great as well! It is right on the ground level which looked a bit odd in the beginning but then we appreciated it a lot because we had wasy access and it is so much easier when you have luggage to carry. There are free parking spots all around, you have a great coffee just next door, well equipped kitchen if you need anything, clean bathroom and bed linens, nice blackout shades, the place actually checks out every single thing you might need. Last, but definitely not least- great location- just a short lovely walk away from the old town! Milena, who we were communicating with, was super friendly and helpful, and we can’t recommend enough the studio! We will be back for sure!

Liked: The property was clean and comfortable and close to old town
Disliked: The property was hard to find. I had to walk through a darkened park because the apartment was hidden behind another building. I was a bit unnerved walking by myself.
Disliked: No cleaning service, no vacuum provided. Very less toiletries provided.
