  Liked: Staff is friendly, but lacks a bit of professionalism. Food was good.

  Disliked: Hotel is ready for a major renovation, it is old, not very clean and not in good condition - rooms and the hotel itself is showing major signs of wear and tear. And this is a 4 star hotel so I would expect much more for the price I paid.

  It was great choice!

  Liked: We loved the location, just a short walk from the sea. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning staff were lovely, always friendly and helpful. The food was another highlight. Every day we found something new to try, and after seven days, we honestly had no disappointments! One thing definitely worth mentioning is how well the hotel manages its guests. The hotel was fully booked during our stay, yet not once did we struggle to find a table at mealtimes. And we were a group of four adults and two kids! Somehow, no matter how busy it got, there was always enough space for everyone! But probably the biggest highlight, especially for the kids, was the playhouse. There were always at least four animators, and at one point I counted eight people working with the children! Everything was very well organised, activities were offered in three languages, and there was always something fun going on. Overall, we had a wonderful seven days and really enjoyed our stay!

  Disliked: The only thing we found a bit annoying was the situation at the shared swimming pool. There were always kids having fun, which is perfectly understandable, but we missed having staff around to enforce the pool rules, especially the no-jumping rule. It happened pretty much every time we visited the pool and could get quite frustrating. Other than that, everything was great!

  Highly recommend with children

  Liked: Location really good and quiet. Beautiful indoor and outdoor pools and very close to the sea which was still warm in October. Very good choice of drinks at the all inclusive. But what made the holiday the best, was the Falky club. The 3 men who took care of the children were just exceptional. The programm included a full day of activities and they were all so kind and funny with the children! The parents could really enjoy themselves and trust that everything is fine. Also there was a snack and drinks bar just outside the play area, which made everything very comfortable. Angelia at the bar was excellent! Very good choice of food at the all inclusive restaurant as well. Many types of fish every day.

  Disliked: This is a family hotel and a crib was already installed in our room on arrival. However, they could have provided smaller pillows and blankets for the children. The adult ones were way too big.

  Disappointing

  Liked: Good location and staff were friendly

  Disliked: Room is exceptionally small, was advertised as bunk bed for kids so expected a seperate bed for teens. It was a pull out murphy bed they had to share and could barely move around room it was so tight. Strange wardrobe no light couldn’t see and not practical. Food was very average. Wouldn’t stay again
