Fabulous
A nice room but a noisy location
Liked: The room is in a block of apartments with a travel agency below (where you get the key). It's clean and spacious with a small fridge in the kitchenette and a balcony. The beds were comfortable, not too firm not too soft and the pillows were good too! Just as well as I had a cold at the time and had to spend the day in bed! I loved that we could walk to several restaurants in only a few minutes and we had a good meal both nights nearby. There is ample. flat easy parking if you have a rental and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The location on the corner of a busy road meant that this had a lot of traffic noise during the day, whilst it's slightly set back it's very noisy. The balcony looked out on to the car park (which has a few trees) but it was too hot during the day to sit out there, and too noisy.
Very good location for foodies
Liked: Very good location to the best restaurants in the city and easy public transport access. In general I was happy about my stay here no complains at all.
Disliked: A bit far from city centre. The address on the booking app is not accurate on google maps and guests might get lost like I did.
Villa Irena
Liked: Great location, bus service directly across the road, water taxi 5-10 minute walk, beach 5 minute walk. Well equipped apartment, with everyting there, balcony to sit and watch the beach.
Disliked: Sink in bathroom was blocked with hair, so water took some time to drain.
Faultless
Liked: Perfect! I have a few requirements when booking accommodation- a balcony, a kettle and a fridge and a good location. This had it all at a very reasonable price compared to others. Location was ideal - short walk to either borik or puntamika beach. Easy access to old town - bus 8 leaves from across the road, alight at mala posta and you're 2 mins away from the old town bridge. Or a short 15 min walk down to Drazanica marina and you can get the water taxi straight in to the old town. Only thing is for both last ride back is around 10:30pm, but Uber is cheap and reliable. Plenty right on the doorstep - ice cream and bakery kiosk beside apartments, and the delicious pizzeria masalina & burgers and more. Plus a konzum, Tommy and studentac all nearby. Communication was great with clear details on how to find main door and code for access as I arrived late. Will definitely be back, had the best time in your beautiful Zadar - thank you
Disliked: I had to leave and come home:(
With little children and bags really difficult
Liked: It was clean
Disliked: The room was okay but bring a bags to the 4 Flour without elevator was really hard!!
Liked: Nice neighbourhood close to 2 beaches and surrounded by many restaurants/bars, some grocery stores, etc. The apartment was relatively clean and organized, and the AC was a huge help. Nice view from the balcony, though noisy and in front of traffic. The apartment was the only unit on the floor, so I did not hear much from neighbours.
Disliked: I got an apartment in front of the main road, and it was noisy even at night. I was told I could not move to another one. I had to buy soap and shampoo to take a shower, as they did not have any. The mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable too.
