Can't recommend
Liked: Fairly close to Old Town and supermarket. Secure. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: Bit rundown. Lampshade broken. Kettle broken. Bathroom cramped. Limited hot water. Dingy lighting, darkest room I've ever stayed in.

Liked: The location is spectacular for the beach and shop. A walk to old town but that's still beautiful to walk by the marina

Liked: The place was clean, the towels were nice, air conditioner inside the room, Coffee was there, refrigerator was there, the place was comfortable
Disliked: Shampoo and conditioner would have been a great addition. Duvet cover was there and the duvet was not already covered so I had to cover it myself. It would’ve been great if the curtains were blinds that dark in the room.
Uncomfortable
Liked: The location is great because it is walking distance from old town Zadar. We styed for two nights and we did like that is a self check in and self check out. The room/living room/kitchen were tidy. The bedding was clean.
Disliked: Firstly, the floor was very dirty, not visibly but it was all sticky and would leave the socks black. The bathroom was not very clean and it had the same problem with the dirty floor. It made for a very very uncomfortable stay. Another problem was the fact that the main entrance is through balcony doors which are made from glass. We were very disappointed because the potential and location are pretty good. We will not be coming back.
