  Disliked: It was cold and the heater is broken, door broken on the bathroom..i had to take cold shover because no heating

  Liked: The food was great, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. However, the décor and furnishings felt dated, as though little had changed since the socialist era. The beds were comfortable, but the windows were dirty, bed frame also and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall, we had a good experience, as we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep.

  Liked: Breakfast was pretty good.

  Disliked: We didn’t actually stay at this hotel as upon arrival late at midnight we were told that our asigned rooms had “pipe problems” and thus we ended up stsying in D8 hotel a few mins walk. Receptionist at the arrival in Porto hotel was a bit rude and he couldn’t even explain whether we will get twin or double room. We got the attic floor, there were not enough pillows, duvets. Host of D8 didn’t seem to care too much and kind of was pissed off that we asked for help. Just poor hospitality standard and communication.
