It was probably a nice apartment once, but it needs a proper refurbishment / renovation

Liked: Location is ok, only 5-10 mins away from the old town peninsula. The apartment is located on the 8th floor, in a quiet neighbourhood, but the view is by far not so nice as you'd hope for. It's probably because of the apartment's distance to the sea / old town.

Disliked: Broken window mechanism, damaged mosquito net on the windows, dirty pillows on the balcony because there were not stored inside, nor washed prior our arrival. Dirty, not tailored curtains in the entire apartment. Also the hard floor next to the bathroom door and inside of the bathroom was damaged due to an unlucky bathroom experience (flooding). Not even the bathroom ventilation has been cleared regularly which shown clear signs of that. Coffee capsules can be spared, it's low quality product, isn't worth trying though. Go instead for the great coffee experience to any of the cafe's in the old town.
