Overall, experience still positive
Liked: location is very good; the room was quiet and warm
Disliked: cleanliness has a significant room for improvement; difficult to find - google shows different location - just ask someone; building entrance and staircase are in poor condition, though inside the apartment is better
Liked: Great location directly in the old city center. Room was clean and good equipped: small refrigerator, electric kettle with tea cups. Double bed was comfy. Air conditioner was working good. Bathroom was very clean and with free toiletries.
Disliked: WiFi connection was very unstable and very slow when present.
Liked: Great location at the heart of the old town, modern and reasonably clean rooms.
Disliked: There is no way to store luggage in this hotel before check in or after check out, as the check in is by code and you won't be able to access the hotel before check in or after check out. The rooms are small, and in our room it was increadibly smelly, either from the faulty aircon or from the sewers in bathroom.
Liked: Great location! Really comfortable room, perfect for our stay of 4 days. I would highly recommend. The host was extremely helpful too!

Liked: Great communcation from the host. Excellent location. Nicely decorated apartment. Comfortable bedding. Really good air conditioning. Great fridge.
Disliked: The view from the window in room 3 isn't great, just a view of a crumbling wall across the narrow street, which also made the room a little dark. Partly my fault, I should have requested a room with a view overlooking the church. I know for next time. The drain in the bathroom gave off a sewage smell which wasn't pleasant. Closing the bathroom door and leaving the window open helped. I've stayed in a few places, in old towns, in the Mediterranean area, and the majority seem to have the same problem with drains. Maybe it's just a thing.
