It would be better to find another flat
Liked: Great location. Good value for money for November. There is air conditioning
Disliked: The soundproofing is dreadful. The extractor fan is so noisy that you can hear every time your neighbours go to the bathroom; they might be in there for 40 minutes at night when you’re trying to get to sleep. The walls are extremely thin. There’s a very unpleasant smell in the communal corridor. The door is the least of my worries, in my opinion. The walls are battered, presumably by previous guests. The floor is very cold and dirty. It’s cold even in socks, and there aren’t any disposable slippers. It’s true about the hooks – there’s nowhere to hang towels. There’s only one small duvet, which definitely isn’t big enough for two people. There are two mattresses rather than one single one, which is also very uncomfortable, especially as you have to share the blanket and someone has to lie in that ‘gap’ between the mattresses. Check-in at 15:00, check-out at 10:00. Five hours for cleaning? I doubt it. Usually, it’s a difference of two or three hours. Even for just one night, that’s not good.
good location, okay room
Liked: location was great and after we managed to get all the information the check in was easy, good for 1-2 nights
Disliked: we booked the apartment a few hours before we arrived in zadar and i immediately contacted the host, let them know when we will arrive etc. unfortunately we did not receive the link to register as tourists, which was obligatory to fill in before we would receive our check in information, so we had to call and figure it out while standing in front of the apartment already. was a bit annoying because we didnt have a lot of time, but it can happen.. also there was a reaaally disgusting smell in the apartment and everything seemed a little icky tacky. maybe its the leather-bed.
Perfect apartment in a beautiful town
Liked: The staff were fantastic, we left our bags with them so we could explore before check in. Location is wonderful, right in the middle of the old Town so everything close by. Room is very comfortable, has air con as well which was great cause it was very warm.
Disliked: Tiny niggle, could have done with coffee in the room but we sorted that at the local shop.
Extremely NOT WELL maintained apartment
Liked: Good location in city center.
Disliked: Not working air conditioner, Dirty, moldy and dangerously slippery shower, Broken top shower, Dirty, uncleaned floor, Dirty mirror frame with hair, Dirty glasses. Plus: Mold on the upper window's frames, One pillow has clumps, Heavy odor in the corridor
Quite expensive, poorly maintained room
Disliked: The door to the toilet was completely broken. The air condition remote control was not working at all. Contacted the staff, as we wanted to switch it off - never received any reply. Requested the invoice for our stay - also no reply.
Beautiful city, good apartment, close to everything, transport to and from airport good
Liked: Nice room, great location, reasonably priced
Disliked: Nothing... all good
