Fabulous
Disliked: The internet had a problem while I was there, so no wifi
Simple, comfortable, a warm welcome, hospitable
Liked: I received a very warm welcome From Zoran. Easy to find, easy parking, nice leafy residential street. Very comfortable bed & spotlessly clean everywhere. A cute little balcony to sit on. Easy 20 minute walk down on the old town. It’s just a simple “no frills” but comfortable place to sleep.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike if you’re happy with no frills.
Liked: Very nice and friendly. Good view, balcony and location:)
Perfectly adequate & value for money
Liked: Zoran-owner very helpful & friendly host, even found me a wine glass 😊. Quiet, comfortable room & Easy parking. Easy uber from bridge 5euro
Disliked: Only one electric plug in room to boil kettle, charge phones etc
Verry happy with our stay, would consider this location again
Liked: We were quite surprised with this Hotel / Pansion, pleasently surprised. The room was we stayied in was very clean and well equipped. For the two days we stayed, we had everything we needed. Staff were amazing as well, friendly and helpful. They made sure we were well-informed and that we had everything we needed. They seem to be doing a better job than 90% of hotels we stayed in, Pansion Maria should be an example for a lot of businesses. I highly recommend Pansion Maria, we will stay here again if we find ourselves in Zadar again.
Disliked: Maybe a bit far from the tourist attractions, but we knew this before we arrived, so this cannot be considered a negative. Takes around 25 minutes to walk to the old town of Zadar. No breakfast options at this Pansion, but there are some coffee shops close by. Room doors are not very good, they don't seal very well, so you can hear everything that's happening in the hallway, we were woken up a couple of times during our stay.

Disliked: Cleaning was not great, quite a small room, toilet didn’t flush easily.
