Perfect
Liked: Location was perfect and the apartment was modern. Very clean and had everything you needed. Bed was comfy. Takes about ten minute stroll to the bridge of the old town which you will walk past some bakery’s and supermarkets. Would stay again.
Liked: Everything was as described in the listing. There is plenty of free parking available in the neighbourhood, and the city center is a 10-minute walk away.

Disliked: “Water was coming out of the shower drain and flooded the entire bathroom; the water even reached the room.” “There weren’t even any slippers in the room.” “The air conditioner wasn’t heating properly.”
Liked: We had a really nice stay at Solemar Luxury Rooms Zadar. The place was super clean, modern and very comfortable — great bed and shower. Free parking was a big plus since we were traveling by car. The location is about a 10–15 min walk to the old town, so close enough but quiet at night. Smooth check-in and everything we needed. A great and practical place to stay

Liked: Our room was wonderful. Just as expected and very clean. It was modern tasteful and convenient to Zadar old town. The owner was extremely helpful

Liked: We didn't meet the hosts but they gave us all the info we needed the day before including where to find the free parking. Nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. About 10 minutes walk to the old town. Supermarkets close by.
