Location location location - sweetest owner!

Liked: Location location location. Owner’s dad, owner’s dad, owner’s dad! Extremely detailed (almost too much) but very sweet owner with nothing but good intentions. Very clean apartment with all the amenities. Even the smallest details were considered. Will highly recommend it. Konum, konum, konum. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Disliked: There was some noise from the butcher shop next door as we were on the ground floor. Otherwise no complaints.

Liked: We stayed at the apartment for 2 days and it was an amazing experience. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. We could go and explore old town by foot, the Queens beach was 30 minutes by bus and there was a beautiful port nearby for evening stroll. I would recommend staying at Studio Apartments Heart of Zadar.

It's a clean and modern base that offers great balance between central access and a quiet atmosphere

Liked: The location is excellent, as it is within walking distance of Zadar’s major attractions while remaining peaceful and free from large tourist crowds. We also appreciated that the apartment was recently renovated and very clean, featuring modern amenities like a new TV and a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our seven-day stay.

Disliked: The apartment was on the smaller side and lacked sufficient storage for a family, as there was only one wardrobe for all of our belongings. It also felt a bit strange having only a glass wall separating the room from the street; even though it was treated for privacy and nobody could see us, seeing people walk by just two meters away was a bit unusual.
