  Great stay with magnificent views

  Liked: My second stay in this apartment, and once again, it had everything I needed. A reserved parking space in the underground garage, from which an elevator takes you straight to the 5th floor and the apartment's front door, is great if you have more luggage than just a backpack. The apartment has all the amenities, be it for an overnight or a week-long stay: a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), lots of little "things" to get you started (detergents, salt, sugar, coffee/tea, etc.), a washing machine in the bathroom, a comfortable bedroom with amazing views even from the bed... Being on the 5th floor and south-facing, the apartment is well-lit, warm even in November, and provides you with magnificent views of the old town (yep, St. Anastasia's bell tower is visible from the living room), the sea, Ugljan, and many other islands. If you're in the apartment at sunset, you'll get your own "Greeting to the Sun" without even going down to the peninsula;) Overall, a highly recommended apartment and host. There are two TVs, high-speed internet, and everything you might need to wind down after an exciting day in the Zadar area.

  Liked: Great apartment with a nice view from the balcony. It's got pretty much everything you need for the stay and good air conditioning. 15-20 min walk to the old town, little shop on the corner in the next block and the underground parking space which is a massive bonus.

  Liked: Everything is amazing the apartment looks exactly how it is in the pictures the host is amazing and really helpful. You have everything that you need from iron to coffee filter. All the essentials that you need. The view from the apartment is amazing. It will take about 15 min to walk to the city center. And also the biggest plus is that there is a parking spot in the underground parking. Definitely I will come back here.

  Great expirience

  Liked: Whole apartment was new, clean and comfortable.

  Disliked: No criticism at all — just as a small idea and a little extra touch: some apartments provide one or two small bottles of water as a welcome gesture. It’s a simple but very nice detail, especially during warm weather or for guests arriving thirsty after travelling.

  Beautiful apartment, close to Old Town, stunning view

  Liked: The apartment was beautiful, in a very unassuming location, but stunning inside with gorgeous views over Zadar and the sea from both the bedroom and living room windows and the balcony. Cleaned to perfection, had all of the amenities you could need and easy to walk into Old Town. Shops close by and restaurants easily located nearby. Wi-fi was good and availability of TV channels was good. Very much appreciated the dedicated parking space underneath the apartments out of the sun and a safe place to park your hire car. Bed was very comfortable.

  Disliked: Everything was great. We did have to google how to use the blinds (purely user error) as we didn't want to pull too hard on the cables if we weren't meant to, so would suggest a page in the instruction book for idiots like us. Also, would be good to have a few suggestions of local takeaways/restaurants that will deliver to the apartment as we tried a delivery app, but many seemed to not deliver even though they weren't far away.

  Pleasant apartment, well situated and secure

  Liked: Underground secure parking. Nice balcony. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants, etc. Apartment was well equiped.

  Disliked: From a personal point of view shared bedding, two single duvets would have been better. Kitchenette was cramped for eating, only a breakfast bar.
