Do not book this accommodation
Disliked: -Bathroom and toilet with no door! in shared hallway with the whole building. -Bathroom was also dirty and so small you couldnt properly sit on the toilet -No propper storage space! Nowhere to store your belongings aside from the small locker in a shared hallway. Only one per person availiable with a flimsy lock you can force open by pulling on the door -Constant noise through the night from the downstairs bar way past quiet hours, no noise isolation or any measures taken in regards of this -Management inconsidarete when issues brought up and partial refund requested - No hospitality, No comfort = Not recommened -Simmilar prices in the area with wayyyyy better facilities
Handy but not recommended
Liked: Location
Disliked: Dirty place and ended up with bed bugs, spoke to other guests and they were all itchy also. Staff are not friendly and it’s like you have to charm them. She even charged me for leaving my bag in reception for a couple of hours while I await my bus to the airport.
Liked: The check in lady was super nice! The rooms were spacious and had drawers under the beds for luggage which kept the room tidy!
Disliked: Ar first the stove didn't work but once we plugged it into another extension cord it did. Nice kitchen.
Be aware of strict age restriction
Liked: I did not stay at the hostel as I just turned 46 and wasn't allowed in. Be aware that there is absolutely no flexibility on age restriction. 18-45 strictly. All the other hostels in Zadar have no age restriction.
Disliked: Front receptionist was very rude with no soft skills whatsoever. There was no need for it.
