Wonderful stay
Liked: Wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped. The outdoor pool was very clean as well. Great location—close to the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket, with the old town within easy walking distance. The owner was super nice and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Liked: Nice apartment. Friendly staff and good communication. Very clean and functional. Lovely pool area and great location with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The lovely Zadar Old Town is about a 15 minute walk away with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. The beach is a really short walk from the apartment with water sports and various boat trips. We had a great holiday.

Liked: Location was good, 15 minute walk into Zadar and 10 minutes to lovely beaches. One good restaurant and a couple of nice bars within walking distance and a shop within 5 minutes walk. The pool itself was lovely and clean.
Disliked: The apartment was tired and basic. Furnishings were poor and uncomfortable. Didn’t resemble the pictures on the website. Bedding and towels were poor. No nice flourishes or little extras. The pool area was tired as were loungers and garden area.
Liked: The apartment was spacious and very clean. Pool was great bonus. So close to the beach and easy walking distance to the town. Fabulous location. Goga the host was super quick to respond any queries.
Fantastic apartment in a very good location
Liked: The apartment is located very close to the Kolovare Beach. We loved that we walked only 2-3 mins and we were on the beach. There's also a nice pizza and grill place with reasonable prices almost opposite the apartment. This was a huge plus that we didn't have to go far with a 7-year old kid. The swimming pool was amazing and clean. Our host, Goga was fantastic. She was really helpful, accessible and responsive. Whenever I had a question, she was ready to help immediately.
Disliked: We were in apartment 3. There wasn't anything specifically that we didn't like. The apartment is very convenient for 3-4 people. Don't expect a separate room, it's one space. There's a partition wall that doesn't reach the ceiling so you have a living room space and a bedroom space. This was okay for us as we were there as a family. There's no wardrobe or chest of drawers in the living room space. Again, this didn't really disturb us as in the bedroom space there's a bigger chest of drawers and we could put all of our stuff in there.
Only there one night but it was great
Liked: Great location near the beach and easy to walk to the old town. Apartment very clean, neat and tidy with everything required. Pool looked lovely with balcony overlooking it.
Disliked: Only comment is that a toaster would have been great to have.
