Exceptional
Liked: amazing apartment, clean, great location and very nice and helpful owner!
Liked: Sergio and his family were wonderful. They were so helpful, kind and welcoming. I mentioned I was super sore from taking a little fall and within minutes, he introduced me to Anna, a massage therapist. She gave me an excellent massage the next morning.
Disliked: It's not a dislike...it's a misunderstanding. In the U ited States, we would not see silk embroidered duvets and pillows without a top sheet. The next day, I saw that they indeed, do strip the beds and wash the covers! Maybe Sergio could print a note card explaining this to Americans.

Comfy and clean
Liked: Very clean apartment. Comfortable furniture and bed. Highly effective shutters on windows. Nicely equipped kitchen. Lots of stores and some restaurants nearby. Basic necessities like shower gel, dishwashing equipment, towels, etc. were nice.
Disliked: Lights system was overkill and a bit fiddly to switch off. Location is not great, around 3 km from the beach and the old town, so if you walk the distance can feel long in summer heat. Couldn't find a microwave.
Big tip for a stay in Zadar
Liked: Very nice vibe, cool light options everywhere, it's stylish. May not be to everyone's taste, but we loved it
