Good
Liked: Great staff. I can't say much about the room itself, because I got the different accommodation due to some plumbing problems in the building. I was upgraded to Unique Rooms (I think?) for free and it was great there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They sent very detailed instructions how to check in and out so there were no problems. Also, the location is great - 5 minutes walk to anywhere of Old Town and the area is very safe.
great price and location for this kind of money
Liked: very well arranged apartment, despite its small size, super bathroom, quiet/nice and helpful ladies at the reception
Disliked: It's difficult to find the office despite using Google Maps, it doesn't quite match the location given in the reservation - climbing the stairs is a bit cumbersome

Mixed feelings about this one
Liked: Nice and centrally location. Our room was different than advertised but no complaints. Smooth check in... completely remote. No reception or contact person. The room was very nice, just missing a few things...which don't really cost much but are very useful.
Disliked: 30min before arrival I got contacted to pay the city tax via some online link. This could be handled earlier. Imagine juggling your taxi and luggage and all that and on top of that you get a WhatsApp message to pay the city tax... so you can get instructions to the room. - Room itself was missing a trash can - Some dust bunnies - bathroom missing hooks to hang clothes and towels - no self in shower cabin so all your shampoo and soap stuff goes on the floor
Liked: The location was nice.
Disliked: We had trouble getting into the place around midnight and when we tried to call the host for help, he answered our call, but then told us to wait for a bit and never called us back. We tried calling him many times and didn't get an answer. This was very unsettling for two young women. Thankfully, a local helped us get in, but if it wasn't for him, we would've had to find another place to stay that night. Also, the mugs they used for tea still had grime in them from, I'm assuming, previous guests.
Small apartment but clean and comfortable. Lobby needs attention!
Liked: The room was quite small but comfortable and efficient use of space. Two people would struggle to live there more than 2 nights. It had a small fridge. Good shower. The location was very good. It’s close to a nice farmers market and the cliff walk with a nice view. We did the city tour which was very good as it was led by a knowledgeable local lady.
Disliked: The lobby needs a lot of work. You unlock the lobby door and wonder what you got into. But then go up the stairs to the unit and it’s very nice. The area seems safe and we didn’t see anything that felt unsafe or sketchy.
