Very good
Liked: Location, spacious rooms, terras and garden
Disliked: We did not realise we had to ask specifically to clean the room, so it wasn't done. Luckily we kept it clean anyway.
Liked: Position perfect, a little dated but value for money
Disliked: Bathroom small with shower over bath, not ideal these days
Great location just outside Avignon old town!
Liked: Location was excellent, cross the road and you are into old town.
Disliked: The air-conditioning cooling could have been better. Bottled drinking water could have been provided each day. Though every time I asked for water, the reception staff were more than pleased to provide water.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, right next to the station
Disliked: The mattress on the bed was too hard
Convenient place to stay, but underwhelming
Liked: Our room was very large, clean and had very effective air conditioning. The hotel is in a great location just outside the old city walls, and the large underground car park with direct access to the hotel was very convenient.
Disliked: Overall the hotel felt pretty tired and in need of a refurb. The buffet breakfast was fairly limited and only OK quality. The hotel has a bar, but it's basically just part of the reception area and not at all a nice place to grab a drink. Fortunately we find several really nice restaurants within a short walk of the hotel.
