  Good hotel in good location

  Liked: Quiet located room, as requested, good breakfast, clean, walk to the station, walk to old town.

  Friendly compact hotel with pleasant courtyard, perfectly placed for train travellers

  Liked: Breakfast was fine, not masses of choice but plentiful. Really liked the courtyard, proximity to station, proximity to city, friendly staff Nice to have tea making facilities

  I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend

  Liked: Very nice atmosphere. Staff pleasant and helpful. Quiet location within easy reach of train station. Buffet breakfast very nice. The courtyard garden lovely.

  Disliked: At the end of quiet residential street, may be a bit of a problem returning late at night particularly for solo travellers.

  Would I return here again? It’s an absolute yes. Thank you. ☺️

  Liked: It was perfectly located. Outside can be a bit off putting but the staff were so lovely, the room so quirky and comfortable and a cute little garden courtyard.

  Disliked: If I had to complain but it’s not a complaint the car park is not located at the hotel. Mind you it was very very secure.

Please note that all the rooms located on the upper floors are only accessible by stairs. Our two apartments are independent of the hotel: they are located in another district of the intramuros, the Carmes district, on Carreterie Street. The two apartments occupy the same small two-story stone building, without elevator.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
