  Liked: This aparthotel is located in a modern district of Lille, offering us a great opportunity to explore a different side of the city after visiting the Old Town. The neighbourhood is peaceful and green, and the apartment was clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

  A nice experience

  Liked: Th location is close to the conference center.

  Disliked: No veggies for breakfast at all!! And sometimes it took too long to refill food trays and bread. It isn’t a big deal except when you’re trying to leave early for something.

  Fantastic staff, easy check in and check out process

  Liked: Apartments had everything you needed, lots of nice freebies with snacks and coffee. Breakfast was yummy

  Disliked: The shower smelled really bad, slightly mouldy. Most likely it has hair down the drains - it’s the exact same smell of rotten, wet hair. Plumbing worked well, it just smelled awful.

  Convenient location near Lille Grand Palais, but room issues and disappointing customer service

  Liked: The location was great. I had a conference at the Lille Grand Palais, which was walking distance.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during my stay. My key card never worked for the private car park, and both the shampoo and body wash dispensers in my room were empty, with broken pumps. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was given a bag of product and asked to refill them myself. The rooms also lacked air conditioning, so I opened the windows in the evening to cool the room. Unfortunately, there were no insect screens, and I woke up with numerous mosquito bites. While each of these issues was relatively minor on its own, my biggest disappointment was how they were handled. I raised my concerns politely with the front desk, but the responses generally fell short of providing reasonable solutions. I would have appreciated a more helpful and proactive approach from the staff, which would have made a considerable difference to my overall experience.
