Fabulous
Grand hotel in the heart of Lille, great place to stay👍
Liked: Excellent location. 1 minute from the centre of everything but still protected from the bustle of the main square. The entrance to the hotel is around the back of the hotel. The reception staff were so kind and accommodating and happily chatted to us in English when my French proved woefully inadequate. The decor and presentation of the hotel was lovely, quite upmarket. The beds were large and comfortable and the linen was crisp and clean. There were plenty of filtered water fountains to fill up the bottles proved in the rooms, both still and sparkling water, a lovely touch.
Disliked: No mini fridge in room. The roof terrace wasn't open. Suspect stains over the carpet and wall!

Liked: Bedroom was excellent and comfy, shower and bathroom facilities were good, easy walking to key attractions, nice and central, rooftop bar had great views

Fabulous hotel
Liked: The hotel is beautiful, in the perfect location, very clean, lovely decor, rooms big and comfortable and very quiet and the staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful and made our stay the best. There is a rooftop bar which was lovely to sit and have a drink after a long day of walking sadly though not open all of the week. I would most definitely highly recommend this hotel and would stay at this hotel again
Very comfortable stay
Liked: Hotel has a nice relaxed ambience throughout, staff very pleasant and excellent breakfast very well presented in nice setting. Location very handy for centre of town, station etc.
Disliked: Despite its apparent location on maps, don't automatically expect a room with a view of the Grand Place
