Liked: Excellent location, close to both train stations and the town centre. Really clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have the breakfast but it did sound decent value for money.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing they can do about it, but noisy plumbing, the sound of other people running taps and flushing the toilet in the night. Shower pressure wasn't great either, but I suppose to be expected in a large hotel.

  Good value

Liked: Perfectly located business hotel, no-nonsense but practical: right between the Lille Europe and Lille Flandres railway stations. Appreciated the mini-bar, nowadays often absent in comparable hotels. Room towards to shopping centre was quiet.
