  I will not be returning

  Liked: Some of the front desk staff was lovely, and the worker in the lounge was SO nicew and kind! He was the one positive thing about the experience.

  Disliked: The rooms are not as advertised, dirty, and scuffed up. Random black bits in the shower, a huge stain on the ceiling, scuff-marks around the room. Saying this is a luxury hotel is a stretch at best. I went to turn the round lamp off and it nearly fell off the stand? The food is also insanely expensive for what you get - frozen pizza and watered down cappuccinos. Yikes. The Room Service line literally hung up on me (I was trying to explain my room number) and when I called back he would not pick up the phone. Insanely rude. I was shocked.

  Great location, clean hotel and friendly staff

  Liked: Great hotel within walking distance of the centre of Lille. Lovely touch with the bed turn down service. Breakfast was great with a wide choice..
