Liked: Good location a short 10min walk to the main centre, lots of local bars and restaurants in the next road. spacious apartment. Host is very responsive.

Disliked: Shower pressure is not great, walls need repainting where the apartments obviously receive a lot of use. Sofa in the living room is also in need of a steam clean. The property overall is very clean, but attention to the walls & sofa are required.

Would definitely return. Superb but quiet location

Liked: Great location, walkable to old town sites. Lovely well designed room. Easy to access when our arrival was late at night.

Disliked: Steep stairs to get to room. Ok for us but would worry for older people and small children.

  A good choice

Liked: We were very pleased with the Beaux Arts apartment as part of the Au Chat Qui Dort complex. We found it easily and it was about a 25 min walk from Lille Europe station and 20 from Lille Flanders. There are lots of cafes, patisseries and restaurants close by. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, well equipped and very clean. Useful facilities were the dish washer and washing machine. The shower was very good with lots of hot water and the bed was very comfortable. The AuChat Qui Dort team were helpful with their instructions for self entry to property.

Disliked: There are a few signs of wear and tear to the property as a whole, ie: scratched paint work on the stairs, but nothing serious. For anyone with mobility issues the stairs leading to the apartment on the second floor are steep and twisting, which could be an issue for some, however we definitely recommend these apartments.
