  Liked: "I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! They offer free coffee and croissants day and night, which was an amazing bonus. Unlike other more expensive hotels, they actually clean and tidy the room every single day. The breakfast was nice, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Plus, the location is fantastic with a tram station right in front of the hotel."

  Disliked: maybe to add a hook in the room entrance for wet jackets. it is a rainy country.

  Liked: The place on a whole was really nice, comfortable and great value for money.

  Disliked: The only thing that spoilt it for us was the girl behind reception who was quite rude and after 3 mistakes with our room one of which gave us a key card to another room that was already occupied she then blamed my husband. Not very good customer service but the rest of the staff were so lovely

  A really comfortable night

  Liked: The hotel is very convenient for both Lille Europe and Lille Flandres stations being one stop on the tram. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and had a mini fridge, although no tea or coffee making facilities. The continental breakfast was available in the lobby and had a lot of choice. The staff were helpful and spoke both French and English.

  Disliked: I would have liked the option of making an early cup of coffee in the morning.
