A Gem in the French Stone

Liked: Exceptional team from reception to cleaners all were lovely and welcoming. The views were amazing from the duplex suite seeing the morning and evening sun rise over the beautiful city of Lille was breathtaking. The city tour gave a fantastic insight into the city’s historic buildings and design. Exceptional easy to navigate the city on foot with lots of bars and restaurants in close proximity.

Disliked: The shower enclosure and shower facility needs to be modernised. The toilets were clean but we experienced difficulties on two occasions with no water flushing the loo.

Brilliant stay in wonderful central location

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and so was the location.

Disliked: Air conditioning was controlled centrally from the Front Desk so could not be adjusted by us. First night was too hot but on complaining was adjusted for our room.
