Liked: Excellent location, very helpful desk clerks. Good sound proofing on windows--it's on a cobble stoned square and would be noisy with windows open. They provide ear plugs! with the windows closed, you can't hear a thing from outside. Very comfy bed.

Throughly enjoyed our stat and looking forward to coming back to visit Lille agatsoon

Liked: Perfect location!!!! Friendly and helpful staff, room was very clean

Disliked: The lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no water in the room - although water could be obtained for reception and hot drinks requested via reception and charged to your room. I would add that you could.
