  Dog friendly but basic

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and put us in the coolest part of the hotel. It was dog friendly and there are private grounds. Parking was excellent and the hotel is disabled friendly with accessible showers.

Disliked: There was no air conditioning at all. The bed was large but appeared to be an afterthought as it didn't really fit in the small room. I can't believe that a Hotel has a restaurant which is closed from Friday lunchtime till Monday breakfast.

Liked: Maric at the reception was fantastic, very helpful. When we arrived it was very hot in our room with it being in the attic. Initially we have asked for some fans however when he brought them he realised how hot it was and managed to find us a room on a ground floor which was so much more comfortable temperature wise. He also helped us find carparks around Lille.

Disliked: No air con in the original room, but once we have moved to the ground floor room we didn't even require fans. It was a very hot weekend with over 30 deg C temperatures.

Liked: free parking in a cozy area and 15 mins walking distance to big supermarkt Friendly staff and very clean room Reasonable price especially for overnight stay

Disliked: The room is on rooftop and not easy to keep both privacy and window open for air due to the special windows.
