  Nothing nice to say!

  Liked: Not much! Our toilet door was glass and did not close properly. Making in not very private at all. The room was dark. Apparently this was one of the best rooms. I do not believe so. We chose this hotel because of the big bright rooms. We paid for a premium room. Our friends paid for a superior room. Theirs was much nicer….. according to staff they got a free upgrade. While we who paid for a premium room…. Got thrown in the dungeon! I will be seeking a partial refund from booking.com! When complained I was advised I could not be moved to another room….. even though I could book one on bookings.com!? Communication was lacking! No normal size pillows all massive and uncomfortable to sleep on. Bed itself was comfy enough. EDIT.......the same room type was available on books.com and you were not responsive at first. only returned my call a couple hours later. What did you do to find a satisfactory outcome? The room deserves a 1 you deserve a 1. The bathroom was not private and the room was dark and not pleasant at all. My opinion I did not like it-we stayed at 17 properties over Europe and yours was the worst.

  Great stay in great room

  Liked: Spacious room. Very clean. Good breakfast lots of choice. Good location

  Disliked: Bed was large and clean but a touch firm. But I think this is a French thing. Still comfortable

  Great stay, lovely hotel and staff

  Liked: Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it. The hotel was lovely, very clean and tastefully decorated. Nice big bathroom with walk in shower. Plenty of wardrobe space, coffee/tea machine. My bed was a little hard for my taste but my friend said his was perfect. Just opposite the canal and park - a 10-15 minute walk into the centre. Very nice and helpful staff.
